門頭溝百花山自然保護區簡介：
百花山自然保護區（百花山林場）地處北京市門頭溝區境內，屬太行山北端小五台山支脉，是北京市级自然保护区。总面积25500亩，其中森林面积18000 亩，森林覆盖率达90%。百花山环境独特，风景优美，是一个很好的旅遊场所。年降水量在720mm以上，七月份平均温度22℃，是消夏避暑的胜地。百花山的天然植被体现了华北山区典型的自然风貌，动、植物物种资源丰富，是北京地区最美的山，也是科研、教学实习、科学考察、会议、旅遊的上佳去处。

門頭溝天門山國家森林公園簡介：
天門山國家森林公園位于門頭溝區潭柘寺鎮，擁有優美的自然風光、悠久的佛教文化、豐富的植物資源、獨特的地質地貌。景點主要有：石窟洞、天然長城、烽火台、蘑菇嶺、白虎回首石、天犬吠日、白熊觀日等。這裏能夠觀日出、看雲海，千年古刹——潭柘寺與之遙相輝映，臥佛山與之山脈相連，爲之添色不少。由于特殊的地形，多樣的氣候和複雜的岩石土壤結構，爲各類物種的生長繁衍創造了絕好的生態環境，這裏的林木覆蓋率達到了90%以上，生長的植物主要有松柏、山桃、山杏、黃栌等，還有許多名貴的藥用植物如車前草、柴胡、何首烏等；爲天門山披上了秀色，帶來了生機。

行程路線:
第一天：07:30從貴單位指定時間、地點出發赴門頭溝，行程2.5小時左右抵達門頭溝百花山自然保護區，導遊統一辦理門票手續。開始參觀百花山自然保護區，12:30午餐。或下午遊覽景區。17：00集合前往酒店，分發房卡，安排入住。17:30晚餐。
