旅遊中，情報站成爲一項新的內容。從老電影《地下尖兵》到火了大半年的電視劇《潛伏》，再到國慶期間最新上映的諜戰大片《風聲》，讓許多人對解放前的諜報工作産生了極大的興趣。作爲北京第一家，也是目前惟一一家公開展出情報站主題的展館，平西情報交通聯絡站紀念館自今年開館以來的半年時間裏，已經吸引了

位于有“平西根據地前哨”之稱的門頭溝區，電視劇《潛伏》以及老電影《地下尖兵》中的許多劇情就來源于平西情報交通聯絡站的工作場景。2009年4月13日位于澗溝村的平西情報交通聯絡站展館正式開館，成爲北京第一個公開展出的以情報戰線爲主題的展覽館。
山高林密隱藏情报交通站
從一排農家宅院中間的台階路向上，就能見到一個灰牆紅門、門右側懸著一口大鍾的四合院，這就到了今年4月开馆的平西情報交通聯絡站紀念館。20多位北大医学院的老人，专门利用建国60周年之机到这里看看展览，听讲解员叙说当年的事迹，顺带再回味一下老电影《地下尖兵》中地下党与敌人斗智斗勇的过程。也有一些年轻人，受了谍报题材影视剧的影响，受好奇心的驱使就来一探究竟。
尋找諜戰影視劇中的原型
一間“發報室”裏，一個身穿藍褂、正坐在幾塊石板壘成的桌前操作電台的婦女雕塑，向人們講述了類似于《潛伏》中“假扮夫妻”搞情報的故事。
這個雕塑的原型是一名叫蘇靜的地下工作者。1943年冬，她被委派到這裏負責新建電台的工作，以加強平津地下情報的聯絡。爲絕對保密，她與落腳的農戶的兒子假扮夫妻，早晨跟“婆婆”一起做飯，白天與“家人”一起下地幹活。而晚上她就在山上一個狹小的山洞裏用電台收發情報，生活條件十分艱辛，但她的秘密發報工作，一直從抗戰持續到解放戰爭取得勝利。
這裏還有一對更有名的夫妻，即曾被媒體廣泛報道的王文和王鳳岐夫婦。王鳳岐的事迹與《潛伏》中的翠萍更爲相像，她曾是遊擊隊長，爲了掩護王文的秘密發報工作，組織安排她從河北易縣假裝王文的妻子來到北平城。盡管他倆一個是留蘇學生，一個是農村婦女，卻最終由“假夫妻”變成了“真愛人”，走到了一起。
